I’m a Senior Software Engineering Manager with a heart for serving God and His people. Across 15+ years at Maranatha Community Church I’ve served as elder, deacon, teacher, community group leader, and youth director — and the nickname “Bishop” grew out of that calling to servant leadership.
I believe technology is a gift meant to build up the body of Christ. When I step away from the keyboard, you’ll usually find me on a run, clearing my head one mile at a time.

How I lead engineers
I lead engineers the way I’d want to be led — with clarity, trust, and a bias for shipping. My work centers on building high-performing teams, making sound architectural calls, and delivering complex systems end to end, from design through full-stack execution.
What I care about most is mentorship: creating the kind of environment where both people and the software they build are given room to flourish.
Web design & management
Beyond my own projects, I design, build, and manage websites for small businesses and organizations — taking a site from the first mockup through launch, hosting, and the ongoing updates that keep it working long after it ships.
Beyond the
terminal
Away from managing teams, I’m happiest deep in theology and the study of God’s Word, and I love talking through where faith and technology intersect. I’m a devoted runner, a mentor to young engineers, and — when fall rolls around — a loud and unwavering fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes. Go Bucks!
